I wish our zucchini had taken off this year. The plants got some kind of disease & the leaves just shriveled! I'm drooling over your sweet creation...thank you for sharing the recipe. Maybe my neighbor has zucchini coming out of her ears & would share with me & then I can share baked goods with her. :o)
