lunch, dinner, and every snack in between....
and im not even exaggerating..
promise.
frozen fruit, fresh fruit,
and almonds
...
and an occasional bowl full of fresh salad
(no dressing, just salad)
are ninety-five percent of my daily diet.
oh, and i also do my best to consume a small bowl of cheerios and a small portion of whatever we may be having for dinner...
but really....
frozen fruit and almonds are what this baby is made of
