makes me wonder (a) how long it took it to get that way? (a day, a week, or just one brushing?) and (b) how much of it was actually used for brushing and how much was used for prepping the sink for a good scrub?
My husband will actually take the tube and run it along the edge of the counter to get all the toothpaste up to the top. Annie even made him a squeegee (which is not in use) out of wood with a slot so we could get every last drop out!
