  1. I just wandered through Kohls the other day and they had all of their fall clothes out and I wanted to laugh. It's still in the 100's here and at this rate, it will be December before it's cool enough for fall clothes.

  2. It has been a long time since I have known anyone that used coal, what part of the world are you in?

  3. I'm with Marlene! Coal? Is it more efficient? How do you keep from having things get coated with the black! I remember days of wood stoves, when we lived in Oregon/Wash.

  4. Those photographs of the hats are amazing! I am all about looking at photos of product right now, as I cannot take good pictures (yet!) and my etsy photos need real help. These are beautiful! I'll be posting on my blog as I try new merch shots. Good looking blog you have!

  5. yeah, coal and wood....i know, kinda hard to believe...but actually, its all we use!fortunatley i have growing boys who have growing muscles and tons of energy!

we burn it in a forced air furnace, located in our basement...which helps cut down on dust and grime.

really, its a love/hate relationship...lol! its so cozy and quaint...but it is a lot of work, and there are days.....

but all in all...yeah, we burn coal!
